The Data Processing and Analyzing Centre of JEMRS (in Hungarian: Adatfeldolgozó és Értékelő Központ, AFÉK) is operated by the NRIRR:

• Nándor Fülöp, MSc (Mr) - Head of Centre
• Staff of the NRIRR Division of Informatics and Data Centre
• Staff of the NRIRR Division of Environmental and Public Radiohygiene

Tasks of the Centre

The main tasks of the Centre are the followings:

• Collection of radiological monitoring data measured by institutions involved in JERMS, which includes:
  • centralized and computerized data acquisition,
  • storage and archiving,
  • statistical processing
• Determination of the radiation burden of the population due to the normal operation of Nuclear Power Plant, Paks.
• Preparation and publication of the results of JERMS in form of annual reports.
